London Prices

  • £75 per hour plus VAT
  • £75 / 1-hour minimum fee
  • £120 after-hours call-outs

Bristol/Bath Prices

  • £40 per hour
  • £75 minimum fee (first hour)

We Accept Both Cash & Card Payments

Cash payments are to be made directly to your engineer. If you would like to pay via credit/debit card, we accept:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro

Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Hourly work will require a 1-hour minimum charge, then 30-minute units thereafter.
  2. Invoices are provided digitally; however, paper copies are available upon request. All invoices include a detailed breakdown of works, timeframes, labour and materials.
  3. For residential clients, all payments must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice; this can be via credit/debit card using our secure chip and pin machines or in cash.
  4. Credit card payments will not incur a surcharge.
  5. For commercial clients, it is possible to arrange alternative payment terms at your request.
  6. Estimates are typically free; however, in some instances, there may be a charge based on the nature of the work, time and location.
  7. Fixed rates are available but will be subject to VAT. These will be agreed upon verbally or in writing before work commences.
  8. All commercial EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) are charged at our commercial hourly rates.
  9. Insurance reports are charged at our hourly rate + VAT, although this is redeemable against future work.
  10. Materials are charged at trade prices + a 25% markup + VAT.
  11. We keep material collection for non-stock items at a minimum and will not exceed 45 minutes of the current hourly rate.
