From here, a site survey will be scheduled – we aim for this to be within two days of your initial contact. Your site survey will be carried out by a certified member of our team, who will discuss your requirements and recommend the best route for your installation.
Quotes & Guarantees
You will be provided with a written proposal detailing the scope of the works, material specifications and any special conditions. A quote and tender document will also be sent to you via email. Our quotes are transparent, with no hidden fees.
On completion of your project, all work will come alongside a 24-month guarantee for your peace of mind.
Health & Safety
Before beginning any work, we will always complete a risk assessment and implement any necessary health and safety precautions. All of our team members undergo regular training to ensure that their health and safety knowledge is up to date with the latest regulations. For our commercial customers, we will also ensure that any industry or site-specific requirements are met at all times.
Feedback & Complaints
We deeply value customer reviews and welcome all feedback, both good and bad.
In the unlikely event of a negative experience, we take complaints very seriously and promise to investigate the issue fully.
Should the complaint be related to property damage or poor quality of installation, we will likely ask for photographic evidence and visit you to inspect the work further. All information will be recorded and then investigated by our senior management team. You will be provided with a resolution, and corrective action will be taken as soon as possible.
Following any complaints, we will always ensure that we learn from the experience and implement measures to prevent the same issues from recurring.
We recognise the importance of being environmentally conscious; therefore, we utilise processes that minimise our potential impact on the environment.
These are in line with the latest environmental legislations and include minimising waste and toxic emissions, promoting active recycling and sourcing product ranges that have minimal impact. We also ensure that hazardous materials are avoided where possible, and should there be no substitute, such materials are used, stored and disposed of correctly.
To maintain our commitment across the board, our team are regularly trained on the latest environmental policies and is always encouraged to act in an environmentally responsible manner.
